Sheffield Steam and Heritage Centre

The Sheffield Steam and Heritage Centre is home to the Redwater Creek Steam and Heritage Society.
The society formed in 1993 to preserve our steam era heritage in a working environment and commenced with the construction of the 610mm (2’) gauge steam railway. At this stage the railway operates on the first weekend of every month,  and on other occasions by special arrangement. Trains leave the original Sheffield Railway Station which operates both as a station and a coffee shop on the half hour from 11am to 4pm.
